John is a strategist and leader with experience in public, private, and non-profit sectors, including serving as the first COO of both the State of Oklahoma and George Kaiser Family Foundation (GKFF). Highlights include crisis management, spearheading large-scale transformations, and establishing systems that inspire clarity and drive meaningful impact. His work at GKFF is centered in driving equality of opportunity for all, and he has a fervent belief in the power of art to change lives.
